Spa Receptionist

Tasks & Involvements:

• Meet and greet customers, presenting the spa facilities to guests
• Everyday work duties: opening and closing the Spa
• Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Spa
• Recommendation the spa treatments and advise spa products
• Book spa appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable spa service(s)
• Provide daily maintenance of the Spa’s area

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Related professional qualification is an advantage
• Proficient command of English and Hungarian both in written and verbal, any other language knowledge is advantageous
• Digital literacy with MS Office system knowledge
• High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
• Professional self & corporate representation
