Description

• Analyze and resolve incidents
• Perform change tasks
• Complete service requests
• Supervise VM patching for Linux and Windows servers, fix patching issues
• Work based on Working Instructions
• Quality Analysis and definition of action plans
• Support continuous improvement
• Team coordination
• First point of escalation for internal teams and functions
• Revise Working Instructions
• Facilitate, track, coordinate projects associated with the team
• Manage timesheet, manage inquiries from the team

Requirements

• Fast learner with IT background
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written) is a must
• Ready for continuous learning and improvement
• Analytical way of thinking
• At least 1-2 years experience
• Understanding of, and experience with Linux CLI, Windows Server
• Understanding of network, and preferably experience with SQL
