Room Service Manager

Main Duties:

• Ensuring the smooth day to day room service / in-room-dining operation
• Supervising and developing all Colleagues of the Room Service
• Leading by example: providing impeccable room service experience
• Achieving room service operational objectives
• Participation in marketing initiatives and implementations of new ideas
• Guaranteeing and enabling that the team meets all standards
• Conducting frequent quality checks
• Reading and contesting P/L report

The Ideal Profile:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fine-dining and/or 5-star hotel restaurant
• Higher hospitality education
• Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages
• Proven track of complex management experience
• High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills
• Professional self & corporate representation
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Hungarian and international hospitality trends
