Manager on Duty

Tasks & Involvements:
- As part of the Management Team overseeing all operation issues in the Hotel
- Checking all physical states within the Hotel public areas
- Checking all employees in place and well-groomed in all operational areas
- Motivating and maintains good employee relations
- Representing the company and the Hotel standards through guests’ communication and public relations
- Cooperating with FLHSS Manager and Director of Engineering to ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues
- Greeting the VIP guests of the hotel daily
- Answering guests inquires, handles complaints and follows-up as appropriate
- Being responsible for compensating and adjusting charges if necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in supervisory/managerial position in a 5-star luxury property
- High level of guest service & problem-solving skills
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
- College/university degree in relevant field
- Digital literacy with Opera hotel and MS Office system knowledge
- Professional self & corporate representation
