Bar Manager

Main Duties:

• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Bar
• Organizing events and promotions
• Participating in marketing initiatives and implementations of new ideas
• Taking an active role in supervising and developing team members
• Guaranteeing and enabling the team to meet all standards
• Conducting frequent quality checks
• Controlling and managing the set budget with the support of the Head of Department
• Reading and contesting P/L report

The Ideal Profile:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fine-dining and/or 5-star hotel restaurant
• Higher hospitality education
• Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian languages
• Proven track of complex management experience
• High level of guest service skills & problem-solving skills
• Professional self & corporate representation
• Up-to-date knowledge of the wines and beverages with hands-on bartending skills
