UX Research & Customer Success Specialist –Exercise Physiology Focus

The Role
We are looking for a hybrid profile combining Customer Support and UX Research.

  • You will be the point of contact for our customers, helping them solve product challenges and guiding them in their workflows (approx. 50%)
  • At the same time, you will transform customer insights into UX improvements – ensuring that user pain points lead directly to better product experiences. (20%)
  • You will also run independent UX research initiatives, such as interviews, usability tests, or data analysis, beyond daily support. (30%)
  • While UX Design skills are not mandatory, they are a strong bonus.
  • You will work closely with Product Marketing, the Product Owner, and the engineering team.

This role requires a solid background in exercise physiology and the ability to speak the language of our users – sports scientists, coaches, and performance labs – while putting customer satisfaction first.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Support, Customer Success, or related fields
  • Proven knowledge of exercise physiology / sports science
  • Excellent skills in UX Research methods (interviews, usability testing, data synthesis)
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to express complex topics clearly
  • Experience working remotely across cultures and time zones
  • Familiarity with tools such as Product Fruits, Mixpanel, Dovetail, Clarity
  • Bonus: UX Design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro), background in SaaS or sports-tech
