Our client, a fast-growing international logistics group with a significant footprint and ambitious expansion plans in Central Europe and the Adriatic region, is looking for entrepreneurial and experienced Transport Managers.

Managing the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and optimal utilization
Leading and supporting the dispatcher team, while coordinating transport schedules and resource planning
Overseeing fleet tracking and analyzing performance data to improve operational efficiency
Organizing and supervising vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to maintain a high-quality fleet
Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring efficient administrative processes
Preparing regular reports, statistics, and performance insights to support management decisions
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, resolving issues as needed and ensuring compliance with relevant transport regulations
Participating in the recruitment and selection of new drivers, and continuously supporting, motivating, and evaluating the existing driving team

Elvárások / Requirements

Higher education or relevant experience in transport/logistics, with a strong background in fleet and team management
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Excel and fleet tracking tools
Fluent English (spoken and written) for business communication
Valid category B driving license (C+E or own truck experience is a plus)
