Training & Quality Assurance Specialist

Our international partner is looking for a dedicated Training and Quality Assurance Specialist to support the professional growth of their team and ensure top-tier customer experience. Feladatok / Tasks

  • Maintain and update training materials for both internal teams and external clients

  • Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for new and existing team members

  • Monitor employee progress and support their continuous development

  • Organize training schedules and coordinate induction programs

  • Evaluate the quality of communication (calls, chats, emails) and provide feedback

  • Oversee quality assurance processes including monitoring, scoring, and calibration

  • Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvement

Elvárások: 
  • High School certificate (BSC Degree is preferred)

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in delivering trainings

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Handling weekend shifts if needed
