Feladatok / Tasks

Maintain and update training materials for both internal teams and external clients

Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for new and existing team members

Monitor employee progress and support their continuous development

Organize training schedules and coordinate induction programs

Evaluate the quality of communication (calls, chats, emails) and provide feedback

Oversee quality assurance processes including monitoring, scoring, and calibration

Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvement
