Our business partner is looking for a German speaking Technical Support Analyst to join their team.
If you have experience in customer support, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases.
  • Provide accurate, timely support and adjust communication to the customer’s technical level.
  • Share product and service information per call handling protocols.
  • Resolve contacts efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Previous experience in Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates

  • Fluent German and middle level English knowledge

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products 

  • Highly customer focused attitude

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent time and people management skills 

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, College level preferred.
