In deiner Funktion als Teamleiter des Cyber Defense Centers verantwortest du die Themen Attack Detection & Incident Response. Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches - sowohl auf Prozess- als auch Technologieebene
- Führung des 11-köpfigen Teams (Ressourcenplanung, Team- & Mitarbeiterentwicklung)
- Projektmanagement, insbesondere im Bereich SIEM/SOAR
- Operative Tasks (Unterstützung der Analysten im Daily Doing)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Cyber Security bzw. im SOC-Umfeld
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse hinsichtlich SIEM/SOAR Plattformen
- Erfahrung in der (fachlichen) Leitung von Teams und der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern
- Hohe Stressresistenz, Entscheidungsfreude sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
