Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiger Engineering-Partner in der Automobilindustrie mit Fokus auf Nutzfahrzeuge und Spezialfahrzeuge. Es begleitet seine Kunden entlang des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses – von der ersten Konzeptidee über Design und Simulation bis hin zu Testing und Serienreife.
Als technischer Lead hast du die fachliche Führung des Entwickler Teams inne und schaffst optimale Rahmenbedingungen, dass alle Kolleg:innen ihr volles Potential entfalten können. Du begleitest neue Teammitglieder professionell durch den Onboarding-Prozess und fungierst als erste Ansprechperson rund um alle technische Fragen. Englisch ist hierbei essentiell, denn dein Team sitzt größtenteils in Indien. Was beinhaltet die Stelle konkret:
- Neben der fachlichen Führung, bist du auch selber noch in der Entwicklung des CAD Programms 3DX tätig
- Den Rest deiner Zeit erstellst du Dokumentationen und testest den Code
- Im Backend entwickelst du mit Java und C#, im Frontend mit Angular und TypeScript
- Abgeschlossene HTL mit mindestens 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit ungefähr 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Java und C# muss vorhanden sein, Angular kann erlernt werden
- Erste Software Architektur Erfahrung sollte gegeben sein
- Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, sowohl in Deutscher als auch Englischer Sprache sicher unterwegs, kannst dich gut selber organisieren und arbeitest gerne international
