Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition coordinator to join our partner’s Talent Acquisition business unit. You will provide professional & dedicated administration support to the Talent Acquisition team as part of a regional Operations Hub.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
- Post roles to various internal and external channels, schedule interviews and manage travel reimbursement where applicable
- Assist in handling requisitions through the hiring process and offer letters/contracts
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
- Meet the core KPI’s of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Able to anticipate and resolve challenges
Technical Expertise
- Experience of working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks & work to deadlines
- Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
- Fluent English
- HR Shared Service experience / Experience of administrating staffing or on-boarding processes
