You will support executive leadership by translating complex data into actionable high-level insights.

Lead strategic transformation projects and drive effective implementation across global business units.
Prepare high-level executive presentations and reports that distill complex information into clear, punchy messaging.
Facilitate leadership meetings, setting the strategic tone and driving key discussions.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across diverse international environments.
Drive strategic workforce planning and monitor headcount alignment on a global scale.
Conduct cross-functional benchmarking against competitors to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage organizational change and enhance business productivity.

Elvárások / Requirements

Proven experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or similar) or equivalent strategic corporate experience.
Strong ability to manage high-level stakeholders and translate data into executive-level narratives.
Exceptional command of English to facilitate communication with global executives.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving end-to-end implementation.
University degree in a relevant field.
