We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our Team; which is located in Kaposvár, Hungary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP MM module is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, responsible, and a team player
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to travel

Job Description:

• Proactively Identify and research potential suppliers based on internal purchase requests for assigned materials/services; collect quotations, initiate tenders, conduct negotiations, and prepare reports for approval
• Draft and monitor contracts for products, equipment, or services in line with procurement strategies
• Ensure procurement processes are carried out in accordance with procedures and guidelines; monitor supplier non-conformities and implement corrective actions
• Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and materials
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes
• Manage supplier relationships effectively
