
Our client, an international trading company, is looking for an experienced Spanish Speaking FP&A Specialist to join their team. This is a hybrid position that offers the chance to work with a leading global company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Description:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial and management reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and present performance analysis for senior leadership, highlighting trends, key messages, and actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with business and functional leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting their performance management priorities.
- Lead and contribute to forecasting activities, ensuring robust and realistic projections.
- Monitor cost optimization initiatives, track progress, and evaluate their impact on overall profitability.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results, compare actuals against forecasts, and identify both risks and opportunities.
- Play a central role in the development of long-term strategies and quarterly planning updates, working with SAP-based systems and reporting via Power BI/Tableau.
- Support local finance teams in preparing investment proposals and securing joint venture approvals.
- Conduct economic evaluations for new projects and strategic scenarios, identifying key value drivers.
- Ensure the annual planning process is well-structured, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
- Promote process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement in performance management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Econimics.
- Extensive relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong grasp of Plan-to-Perform processes, with proven digital and analytical skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of delivering performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
