We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building and scaling our Client's data infrastructure. Manages a team of Software Engineers, focusing on project delivery, team performance, and day-to-day operations. Ensures alignment with business goals and engineering standards.  Partners with senior leaders to align software delivery with organizational goals. 

• Drive adoption of best practices in architecture, DevOps, and Agile.
• Mentor senior developers and developers to grow leadership capacity.
• Report on team performance, velocity, and business impact.
• Ensure consistent delivery aligned with roadmap and KPIs.
• Shape engineering culture, hiring strategy, and technical vision.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders on roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive innovation, system scalability, and engineering excellence.
• Ensure budget and resource allocation align with strategic objectives.
• Represent engineering in cross-functional leadership forums.
• Regularly manage costs and reduce where possible.
• Push for the widespread use of new tools, technologies and methodologies to increase productivity 

Elvárások / Requirements

• Angular 
• C#
• SQL
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with AI-assisted tools 
• Tech lead/chapter lead/team lead experience is a must
