Description:

• Improve systems to meet evolving business needs,
• Ensure the maintenance of applications and infrastructure in line with agreed-upon service levels,
• Establish and assess technical specifications related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability,
• Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage IaaS capacity effectively,
• Monitor and report on relevant key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development,
• Confident English skills.
