Service Desk Analyst (Multilingual – French/German/Dutch/Czech)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting IT-related issues and responding to customer requests.
  • Providing remote support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assisting high-profile clients using your Italian language skills.

 Your profile:

  • A high school diploma
  • Business level in ONE of the following languages: French / German / Dutch / Czech 
  • English communication skills for training, interviews, and internal collaboration
  • Prior experience in customer service/IT support is an advantage
