Service Delivery Manager

Your New Position

• Full management of multiple development, DevOps, and support workflows
• Ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Active communication with stakeholders (clients, teams, local support)
• Regular reporting internally and to clients
• Resource planning, succession planning, managing attrition risks
• Proactive handling of risks, issues, and client complaints
• Following agile methodology and principles in workflows

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Delivery Manager or technical project management role
• Background in software development (web, cloud)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS
• Proficiency in agile methodology and stakeholder management
• At least intermediate English language skills
