SERVICE & APPLICATION ENGINEER

Your role:

• Supporting our industrial X-ray and CT systems at customer sites across Europe. The position primarily focuses on on-site service activities, while also offering opportunities to participate in application support and system demonstrations.
• You will work closely with customers, as well as sales and technical teams, to ensure our systems deliver the best possible performance and that customers can use them with confidence.

Key responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial X-ray and CT systems
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-level issues during on-site service work
• Providing technical support and training for customers
• Supporting application-related tasks and system demonstrations when required
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and the overall customer experience
• Contributing to the development and success of our European demonstration and excellence center
• Preparing service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance checklists in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

• Professional background related to electronics or industrial equipment
• 3–5 years of experience in a service, application engineering, or field engineer role
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage direct customer interactions
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to travel
