Our partner is an innovative, high-growth data and analytics organization that simplifies global trade information for the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. With a global team of over 700 experts, they transform complex market data into actionable business strategies. Operating across a complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment, the department is actively shifting from basic cash management to a highly strategic role—focusing heavily on strengthening governance, standardizing global operations, and driving cutting-edge systems automation to support international growth.

Direct and optimize daily treasury operations, ensuring seamless cash and liquidity management across a complex, multi-currency group.
Oversee global banking relationships while proactively assessing and mitigating liquidity, counterparty, and foreign exchange (FX) risks.
Design and embed robust treasury policies, governance procedures, and control frameworks to enhance scalability and audit readiness.
Play a pivotal role in constructing the FX risk management framework, including the definition and execution of vital hedging strategies.
Lead the rollout of new treasury systems and automation initiatives to drive process efficiency and standardization globally.
Partner with senior finance stakeholders on liquidity planning, providing the financial visibility needed to support strategic funding and growth decisions.

Elvárások / Requirements

5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or cash management
mastery of end-to-end treasury operations, international banking, and cross-border payment structures
proven success in building, formalizing, and improving treasury policies, processes, and control frameworks from the ground up
experience operating Treasury Management Systems alongside proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
proactive, accountable, and structured mindset, comfortable operating autonomously in an evolving, high-growth environment
