We are looking for a Senior IT Scrum Master to join our Partner's team.
Your new role
Coaching and leading the scrum team to achieve higher scrum maturity
- Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Facilitating internal communication, resolving conflicts and mentoring junior colleagues
- Proactively detecting impediments, and defining solutions or mitigation actions together with the team
- Managing JIRA's, workflows, processes, KPI's, SLA's, workflow compliance, agile metrics
What you'll need to succeed:
- 6+ Years experience in Managing Scrum in Agile framework
- Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts(such as Definition of Done, User story estimation, creation and backlog refinement).
- Familiarity scrum master and project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban techniques
