Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality / Quality Assurance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and hands-on experience with quality improvement methodologies (8D, LEAN, PDCA, Six Sigma)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written), required for documentation and audits
- Analytical, precise, and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, quality-driven and results-oriented approach
- You see Quality Engineering as a strategic driver that creates real impact
- You are precise, analytical, and have strong problem-solving skills
- You have a proactive, “can-do” attitude
What You Will Do:
- Take responsibility for manufacturing and production quality assurance processes, ensuring standards are not only met but consistently exceeded
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements
- Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to ensure quality is integrated into every phase of development and production
- Analyze data, identify trends, and propose effective improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process variation, increase efficiency, and strengthen product reliability
- Manage quality documentation, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date
- Prepare clear and understandable reports, metrics, and statistics on quality performance
- Play an active role in customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring implementation and follow-up of corrective measures

Working hours: Core hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a total of 8 working hours per day. The earliest possible start time is 6:30 AM.
