We are looking for an experienced finance professional to take on a highly visible business partnering role within a complex manufacturing environment. As a Senior Plant Controller, you will be a trusted advisor to plant and regional leadership, driving financial performance through insightful analysis, robust planning, and strategic decision support. You will play a key role in optimizing operational results, strengthening financial transparency, and developing best-in-class controlling processes. Partner with Operations and Finance teams to drive financial performance and support business decisions.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing operations, equipment, and master data in the ERP system.
Manage month-end controlling activities, including cost reviews, accruals, and financial data validation.
Analyze plant performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key cost and operational drivers.
Develop and improve reporting tools and KPI dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve controlling processes and enhance financial transparency.

Elvárások / Requirements

5+ years finance experience in a manufacturing environment
Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
Strong analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking
Proven Communication and business partnering skills
Digital mindset, ability to work with complex systems and analyze data sets
Studies in economics / business administration with a focus on finance / controlling
