Senior Manager, Design Systems and Platform Experiences
to lead strategic design initiatives and scale platform‑level experiences across their product ecosystem.
The OpportunityThis role sits at the intersection of
design leadership, platform thinking, and AI‑powered innovation. You will define vision, lead high‑impact teams, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes by modernizing shared experiences and design systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable platform outcomes by improving customer onboarding, e‑commerce conversion, and adoption of shared platform experiences through data‑informed decisions
• Set vision, goals, and direction for the Design Systems and Platform Experiences teams in alignment with business and product strategy.
• Lead and scale teams by assessing capabilities, supporting growth, and hiring for open roles.
• Drive AI‑powered design system transformation, implementing modern tools and new ways of working to accelerate design and development
  
  ✅ What Our Partner Is Looking For
• 5+ years of experience leading UX teams in lean, agile, user‑centric SaaS environments (including e‑commerce and admin products)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and modernizing
  company‑wide Design Systems
• Strong collaboration experience with Product and Engineering leadership
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder‑influencing skills
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and maldevelopment experience
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), as the role involves close collaboration with international, cross‑functional teams
