Description:

• Lead and maintain operational excellence by applying DevOps and SRE best practices, ensuring high availability and reliability across services.
• Manage incident response processes, including root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement through standardized runbooks.
• Drive automation efforts to reduce manual tasks and support scalable operations through scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Implement and refine observability practices using modern monitoring and logging tools to ensure proactive system health management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience, streamline onboarding, and support a self-service platform approach.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field,
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks,
• Experience working with global, high-availability platforms,
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines,
• Degree in a related technical field.
