Our partner is the Hungarian subsidiary of a leading multinational manufacturing company. The Budaörs office primarily supports marketing and sales activities for the Hungarian market. We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Credit and Collection Analyst to join their international finance team. This position will support operations across 13 countries, focusing on the Hungarian and Romanian markets.

Oversee end-to-end customer account management, including the accurate booking of automated bank statements and the operative reconciliation of customer balances and open items.

Evaluate the financial health of new and existing clients by analyzing financial statements to propose, calculate, and conduct annual reviews of customer credit limits.

Act as the primary point of contact for collection activities, maintaining professional communication with a diverse portfolio of clients and the internal Sales team.

Monitor accounts receivable and payment trends, taking ownership of overdue management by issuing dunning letters, sending reminders, negotiating repayment plans, and handling insolvency cases.

Review and release blocked shipments in SAP based on credit status, set up payment terms, and calculate late payment interests and discounts (sconto).

Ensure daily operations adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while creating comprehensive Excel reports, data summaries, and providing ad-hoc administrative support to the regional team.
Elvárások / Requirements

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Basic accounting knowledge, with an advanced understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis, collection, or general accounting.

Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken).

Confident user of MS Excel.

Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to handle daily interactions with international clients and stakeholders.
