Senior Business Analyst - Exclusive project

Our partner is a globally present technology and business services company with decades of experience, supporting clients worldwide in digital transformation, development, and operations projects. From their Hungarian headquarters, they provide high-level IT and engineering services to numerous European partners.
Your New Position

• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for a Telecom Customer & Party Master Data platform
• Acting as a Subject-Matter Expert and Consultant, supporting client teams through the entire delivery lifecycle
• Leading requirement‑gathering sessions and defining acceptance criteria
• Preparing API and data specifications
• Supporting UAT activities and data migration validation
• Collaborating closely with Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to continuous improvement of processes

What You Need to Succeed

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 4+ years of experience in the Telecom domain
• Hands-on exposure to Customer Data Management applications
• Strong knowledge of CRM customer lifecycle, party master data hierarchy
• Familiarity with TMF ODA and TMF Open APIs
• Experience in BRD/FRD documentation, data mapping, and migration
• Agile/Scrum background
• Nice to have: BPMN, event‑driven systems exposure, SQL knowledge
