SAP Key User (FI)

• Accounting Specialist (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) with 3+ years expierence in 1 or more transactional Accounting areas
• Know How in SAP – ideally S/4, Basware would be an advantage
• Deep process Know How and understanding for end-to-end processes and interfaces to other departments
• Ability to identify improvement/harmonization potentials and understanding of automation possibilities
• Past participation in IT projects including understanding of single project phases and ToDos (design, testing, implementation)
• High communication skills (perfect English, French would be an advantage)

General:

• responsible for global process harmonization and improvement 
  for Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets (at least one of the mentioned areas)
• Define and develop global harmonized processes in the affected systems (e.g. SAP , Basware) 
• Consulting of the local FSCs regarding process issues
• Defines harmonized parameters for unified posting procedures
• Improve interfaces in order to optimize the End-2-end process

Within the S/4 project:

• Do fit-gap analysis for new entities
• Define adjustments of the global template
• Defines local deviations from global standard 
• Define test scenarios within the S/4 implementation
• Perform the testing together with the local accountants
• Perform trainings for local accountants

• Maintains IC customer and vendor data
• Maintains Chart of Accounts in SAP
