Our client is a global leader in industrial automation and technology solutions. They are seeking a proactive Salesforce Consultant to join their international IT organization.

• 2nd Level Support & Maintenance: Handle bug fixes, system adjustments, platform configurations, and overall service support for internal users.

• Process Optimization: Analyze global internal business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Agile Collaboration: Work in cross-functional agile (Scrum) teams alongside internal stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and SAP integration experts.

• System Configuration: Hands-on low-code/no-code setup and customization of Salesforce platforms to meet evolving business needs.

• International Coordination: Collaborate closely with international tech teams (including colleagues in Germany) to ensure smooth platform operations.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or a Salesforce Developer looking to transition into a Consultant role.

• Technical Mindset: Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user management, process automation, and troubleshooting.

• Self-Driven Learner: Ability to navigate and quickly master a complex multi-org environment (5 orgs, ~500 users).

• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Nice-to-Haves: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant) are a plus, but not mandatory if you have solid practical experience.
