Feladatok:
- Managing and overseeing outbound processes in the enterprise system
- Handling return processing in SAP
- Managing general carrier-related inquiries
- Following up and resolving delivery-related incidents
- Handling general warehouse-related inquiries
- Providing support for general sales and logistics inquiries
- Creating reports upon request from the line manager
- Assisting other specialists with routine tasks when needed
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting efficiency enhancement activities
Elvárások:
- Active or passive student status
- Advanced English knowledge
- Intermediate Spanish knowledge (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Precision and focus when delivering tasks
Munkaidő:
- Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 18:00)
- Availability to work 25 hours per week
