Sales Support Intern with Spanish knowledge

Feladatok:

  • Managing and overseeing outbound processes in the enterprise system
  • Handling return processing in SAP
  • Managing general carrier-related inquiries
  • Following up and resolving delivery-related incidents
  • Handling general warehouse-related inquiries
  • Providing support for general sales and logistics inquiries
  • Creating reports upon request from the line manager
  • Assisting other specialists with routine tasks when needed
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting efficiency enhancement activities

Elvárások:

  • Active or passive student status
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Intermediate Spanish knowledge (minimum B2 level)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Precision and focus when delivering tasks

Munkaidő:

  • Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 18:00)
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week
