RTR Team Leader

Our partner company is looking for a RTR Team Leader in Budapest with hybrid work. Apart from the operational and accounting tasks, you’ll have the chance to support the daily work and development of the team of 6-8 employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management tasks for your team (staffing, coaching, training)
  • Manage accounting activities, issue resolution and process improvement
  • Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close
  • Participate in new projects and process improvement


Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant Certification or BSC degree in accounting or finance
  • 4-6 years of experience in General Ledger or RTR accounting
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Experience in people management is a plus
  • Proactive, team player
  • Good communicational and organisational skills.
