RTR Team Coordinator

Our partner company is looking for RTR Team Coordinator in Budapest with hybrid work. Apart from the operational and accounting tasks, you’ll have the chance to support the daily work and development of the team of 6-8 employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management tasks for your team (staffing, coaching, training)
  • Manage accounting activities, issue resolution and process improvement
  • Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close
  • Participate in new projects and process improvement


Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant Certification or BSC degree in accounting or finance
  • 4-6 years of experience in General Ledger or RTR accounting
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Experience in people management is a plus
  • Proactive, team player
  • Good communicational and organisational skills.
