Our client is an award-winning leader in the Lifestyle and Performance Footwear sector. They specialize in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of athletic footwear for women, men, and children.

They are currently looking for a Romanian speaking Order Management Representative to join their team - so if you have experience in customer support or order management, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your tasks will consist of:

  • Order Entering, Order Processing and Order Controlling
  • Pick Up Processing
  • Daily Reporting
  • Administrative Work
  • Regular Contact with our Business Partners and Sales Representatives
  • Support of the Regional Operating Sales Representatives and the Sales Management incl.
  • Preparations for Customer Visits and Exhibitions

Elvárások / Requirements

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in the field of Customer Service or Order Management
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Fluent Romanian, English and Hungarian language skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and good attention to details

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
