Our partner is Europe’s largest independent mobility provider in the commercial vehicle sector. Headquartered in Salzburg, they offer roadside assistance and mobility services across the continent.

• Handling inbound calls (mostly) and some chat/email support
• Assisting German-speaking customers with issues related to insurance, road assistance, accidents, and breakdowns
• Communicating with foreign authorities to solve urgent cases
• Supporting various client needs related to mobility services

Elvárások / Requirements

• Fluent German (C2 level) – a must

• Basic English – enough to communicate internallyű

• Willingness to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays – with flexible planning)

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required – fresh graduates are also welcome!
