Retail Support Representative Intern with Portuguese language knowledge

Feladatok:

  • Efficiently support processes and systems, ensuring accurate and secure data entry, storage, retrieval, and maintenance.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics (customer satisfaction, service levels, accuracy).
  • Assist teams with proper use of IT systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, supporting operational excellence and a continuous improvement culture.
  • Follow BP HSSE policies and comply with GBS Europe QMS system requirements.

Elvárások:

  • Active Hungarian student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Reliable under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative
  • Strong stakeholder focus with effective relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to work with formulas quickly

Munkaidő:
