Recruitment Trainee

TK Elevator is one of the leading elevator companies worldwide, operating in over 100 countries with around 50,000 employees. The company has recently established its Solution Center Europe (SCE) in Budapest, providing HR and other business services across Europe and Africa. As part of an international and growing organization, you will gain valuable insight into HR operations within a global environment.

Feladatok:

• Supporting local recruitment activities
• Conducting candidate searches (sourcing)
• Performing initial candidate screenings
• Organising language tests and interviews
• Handling administrative tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an advantage

Elvárások:

• Currently occupied in studies of business administration or comparable degree, preferable with a major in HR Management
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• Empathic communication skills in combination with a structured, independent way of working and a pragmatic approach
• Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
• Experience in the use of a personnel management system desirable
• Motivated to take initiative and to drive continuous improvement

Munkaidő:

• Flexible schedule on weekdays
• Minimum 20 hours per week
