QUALITY TEAM LEADER

Your main tasks:

  • Development and implementation of quality strategy, goals and objectives
  • Handling of quality issues of production lines and product groups
  • Dealing with customer, supplier and inter-company claims
  • KPI’s data collection, controlling, analysing and reporting with statistical methods
  • Participation on internal and external audits
  • Development of production processes, monitoring product documentation, recording changes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
  • Leading root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  • Leading and motivating the quality team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Our profile of preference:

  • University / College degree in Engineering, preferably Quality Engineering BSc degree
  • And/ or 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
  • Knowledge and experience of internal and external audits
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Good communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
  • Excellent English skills, daily use in speech and writing
  • MS Office knowledge is needed
