Quality Manager

Take full ownership of implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a Quality Management System aligned with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
Translate customer expectations into robust quality control processes that ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
Define and refine product and process specifications to meet both internal and external quality benchmarks.
Establish supplier quality requirements and build a reliable, compliant supply chain from day one.
Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and legal standards, setting a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
Lead and mentor a growing quality team—inspectors, technicians, and support staff—fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Oversee product development with a critical eye, identifying and correcting deviations early.
Approve only the highest-quality outputs and take decisive action on non-conformities.
Maintain precise documentation and leverage data-driven insights through statistical analysis.
Actively gather and evaluate customer feedback to ensure expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Report directly to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights and improvement proposals.
Be a key driver of innovation—identify improvement opportunities and design efficient, scalable quality procedures.

Elvárások / Requirements

Proven track record as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing quality systems.
Fluency in English
A conscientious, responsible mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a strong drive for results.
Deep understanding of quality control procedures, relevant legal standards, and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Solid mathematical skills and working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods to support decision-making.
VDA 6.3/ VDA 6.5 audit experience
