We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in the global financial sector.

• Review and validate data feeds into the EERS system to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support application teams, feed providers, and Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) in preparing and maintaining accurate entitlement data.
• Conduct issue assessment, triage, root cause analysis, and remediation of feed discrepancies.
• Lead or participate in technical discussions (covering platforms such as Mainframe, Active Directory, UNIX).
• Track QA progress and metrics using Citi tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Host meetings with global teams to communicate QA requirements, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.
• Support audit and compliance requirements; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Assist IAM/EERS team members on related projects and process improvements.
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization and automation initiatives.
  

Elvárások / Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in information security, data governance, QA, or IAM.

• Experience in data analysis / entitlement review / risk management is highly valued.
  
• College or university degree preferred (IT, Engineering, or related field).
• Advanced MS Excel
