Our client is a globally recognized leader in the financial sector, known for fostering innovation and prioritizing data privacy and security.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Security Governance Analyst to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring organizational compliance with security standards, supporting authentication processes, and driving information security best practices across business units.

Design, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks to ensure alignment with internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor compliance with security procedures and identify areas for improvement across the organization
Manage and maintain authentication policies, controls, and procedures, particularly in relation to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Assess information security risks, collect and analyze evidence, and recommend mitigation strategies
Support and contribute to workflow and process redesign initiatives related to information security
Collaborate with internal application teams to ensure alignment and compliance with security expectations
Lead and participate in meetings to communicate security-related topics and promote a culture of safe IS practices
Educate internal stakeholders on evolving information security requirements and best practices
Validate compliance with IS policies and coordinate resolution of security-related issues with relevant business units

Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, risk management, or governance
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident in influencing and managing cross-functional relationships
Able to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with security frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory standards is an advantage
