Project Manager (Data & Agile)

The role:

• Lead end‑to‑end digital/data projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and value delivery.
• Coordinate project plans, dependencies, risks, and communication across teams and functions.
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment, providing transparent updates and facilitating structured decision‑making
• Drive and support agile ways of working, facilitating ceremonies and removing blockers when needed.
• Translate business needs into effective project plans and data‑driven solutions that work in real operational contexts.
• Communicate data insights and project updates to non‑technical leaders, ensuring understanding and adoption
• Build productive relationships across business, IT, and data teams to ensure shared ownership and measurable outcomes

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in digitalisation or data initiatives.
• Hands‑on background in data management, master data, or data‑related roles.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or working with agile methodologies.
• Strong Python and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A university degree is required.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work across different business areas.
• Experience in manufacturing — a big advantage.
