Our Partner is a stable, well-known manufacturing company in Veszprém. As Project Manager you will act as a key business transformation leader, driving complex, international strategic initiatives that fundamentally optimize how the company operates and delivers sustainable value. Reporting directly to the management board, you will join a high-caliber team of trusted partners dedicated to shaping the company's transformation agenda and setting the standard for impact-driven execution.

Strategic Program Management: Leading high-impact international programs and projects aimed at driving business development, restructuring business units, and deploying global tools and processes.

Stakeholder Alignment: Balancing and integrating diverse requirements from both headquarters and global subsidiaries.

Facilitation & Ownership: Conducting high-energy virtual and in-person workshops to foster alignment, accelerate decision-making, and build local ownership.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Guiding multidisciplinary teams and cultivating a culture of trust and collaboration.

Execution & Governance: Ensuring rigorous project execution by tracking progress, managing risks, overseeing budgets, and implementing corrective actions to guarantee delivery.

Executive Communication: Delivering clear updates on transformation progress, risks, and milestones across all organizational levels, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with a high-performing team of senior transformation and project leaders to collectively drive the company's strategic agenda.
Elvárások / Requirements
- University/College degree

5+ years of experience in managing complex, international projects. (like digitalization changes, building up an SSC center, production line relocation, etc.)

Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives that deliver tangible business impact, moving beyond just time and budget metrics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate change, influence without formal authority, and embed new ways of working within the organization.

Innovative problem-solver who naturally questions the status quo and optimizes existing processes.

Highly analytical and goal-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Expertise in project management methodologies, both traditional and agile (e.g., IPMA or Scrum Master certification).

Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of SAP architecture and processes is a strong plus.
- Organizational development or HR related project management experience is an advantage.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with high intercultural competence and a willingness to travel internationally.
