Project Coordinator

Our partner is a Japanese government-related organization dedicated to promoting trade and investment between Japan and foreign countries. Their Budapest office, which also covers Serbia and Kosovo, primarily conducts economic and business research for Japanese companies, promotes exports of Japanese products, and facilitates international collaboration among Japanese enterprises.

Feladatok:

• Promoting export from Japan to Hungary
• Organizing and conducting programs related to promoting exports from Japan (Japanese food products, content, design products, etc.)
• Administrative tasks (money transfers, salary and social insurance adjustments, procurement of consumables, etc.)
• Responding to trade consultations and inquiries

Elvárások:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Knowledge of Japanese language at least equivalent to level 2 (N2) of the International Japanese Language Proficiency Test
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Japanese food, culture, or content is highly desirable
• Availability for occasional travel and on-site coordination
