Your new role

As a Program Launch Buyer, you will manage purchasing activities for turbocharger programs across multiple European plants. Your responsibilities will include coordinating RFQ processes, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, delivery, and technical requirements, and facilitating technical discussions between engineering teams and suppliers. You will prepare detailed cost comparisons, recommend supplier selections, organize APQP meetings, and ensure timely delivery of supplier samples. Additionally, you will support issue resolution to meet program objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing within the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Independent and results-oriented approach
