PRODUCTION LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production activities based on customer demand
• Organize production schedules and optimize shift planning
• Lead and supervise daily production operations across three shifts
• Manage and develop production, maintenance, and operational teams
• Oversee internal logistics, inventory management, and quality control processes
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and unexpected repairs with the maintenance team and external service providers
• Monitor production performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Work closely with senior management on operational planning and decision-making
• Support recruitment activities together with the HR team

What we're looking for:

• University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Professional working proficiency in English
• A valid Category B driving licence
• Strong production planning and people management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in the plastics, recycling, or waste management industry
• German language skills
• International work experience

Working Hours:
