Product Owner

We are looking for a senior Product Owner with comprehensive agile experience in a hybrid organization and methodology environment undergoing transformation.

Feladatok

• Feasibility studies of active medical devices and their functions with respecive design coordination

• Liaising with the product manager, project managers and specific functional groups

• Preparation, support, review of plans and requirements, support for the compilation of design and development dossiers

• Support the product roadmap, creation and maintenence

• Creation and maintenance of product backlog prioritized based on business/user value, active communication of these to team(s)

• Preparation of product use documentation, giving product related presentations

• Acquisition and maintenance of business knowledge in relation to the functions / product parts / product

• Up-to-date knowledge of the status of the development project under its responsibility

• Ensure transparency of teamwork within vlaue chain

• Support of teams in an operational environment according to agile methodology

• Follow-up of market trends and innovations

Elvárások

• BSc or MSc degree in computer science, IT, engineering or healthcare

• 5+ years of experience in the Scrum methodology in a development environment as PO(advantage in transformation)

• Good command of English (both written and verbal), Hungarian is a plus

• User-level computer skills

• Participation in active medical device development is a plus

• Knowledge of the product and/or the medical technology field/industry is a plus

• Knowledge of specific standards in the medical field is a plus

• Certified Scrum Product Owner /Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner/Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner qualification is a plus

• Good communication and organizational skills, assertive, open approach

• Accuracy, precision, problem-solving skills
