We are looking for a new colleague for the following position:
PLC Engineer
Location: Mór
Main tasks:
- Development/Changes and commissioning of PLC/HMI software for production equipment/machines
- Development/Changes and commissioning of Robot applications (preferred ABB/Fanuc)
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) configuration/maintenance – key user
- Troubleshooting of equipment/machines and MES
- Lab testing of controls equipment and software
- Support at developing of equipment/machine specifications in terms of controls, safety, cybersecurity and PLC/HMI/Robot software according to Adient standards
- Supporting plant team at equipment/machines validation/certification tests
- Developing/reviewing of equipment/machine documentation like manuals, work instructions, electrical drawings, layouts etc.
- Setting up/configuration/maintenance of production equipment/machines and controls tools
- Coordination and collaboration with production equipment/machine suppliers and central teams during installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Sharing knowledge and providing trainings to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
- University engineering degree – electrical engineering / automation / mechatronics / IT technology
- Certification requested based on legislation - authorization to work with electrical equipment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Programming environment of SIEMENS PLC/HMI: STEP7, TIA PORTAL
- Communication protocol (fieldbus): PROFINET
- Reading electrical documentation
- Reading of technical drawings especially electrical documentation and layouts
- Strong computer skills, fluent in Microsoft apps. like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
- Experience in team collaboration
