Description:
- Lead and develop a payroll and social security team of 15 specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll and social security processes for white-collar populations, including quality control and compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
- Act as the main expert contact for payroll-related topics towards HR, finance and senior business stakeholders.
- Prepare and present HR Services / payroll topics in management and HR board meetings.
- Drive process improvements, standardisation and system utilisation to increase efficiency and data quality.
Requirements:
- University degree in economics, HR, law or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant payroll / social security experience in a larger organization.
- Proven people management experience, preferably in leading a payroll or HR Services team.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, plus solid understanding of Hungarian payroll and social security regulations.
- Fluent English or German language skills.
