Payment Transactions Accountant Trainee (German or Spanish speaking)

The company has established its Solution Center Europe (SCE) in Budapest, delivering financial and business support services across multiple regions. As part of this dynamic and growing organization, you will gain valuable insight into finance operations in a multinational environment.

Feladatok:

• Preparation and validation of payment proposals
• Reviewing the posting of incoming invoices prior to payment
• Verifying that invoices meet the requirements for payment
• Supporting and monitoring the payment process
• Working closely with senior accountants and providing them with day-to-day support

Elvárások:

• Active or passive university student status
• Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong English and active German or Spanish language skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Interest in working in a Shared Service Center environment
• Proactive attitude with motivation to take initiative and drive improvements

Munkaidő:

• Flexible schedule on weekdays
• Minimum 20 hours per week
